Rubicon Drums is an exclusive volume series focused on hard-hitting vintage drum breaks that are recorded, mixed and mastered with old school engineering techniques. Each volume series comes with 12 drum compositions stemmed-out by channels -- plus a dry bus mix, master mix and a spring reverb or echo chamber track.
This collection contains 108 loops of a Gretsch Maple kit recorded in a medium-sized boutique studio through vintage studio gear. The drum recordings have a bright crunchy tone with sonic pallets of tape saturation, solid state and tube compression, filter/EQ and analog circuitry. The rhythm styles include a mix of soul, funk, hip hop, prog and one trap beat for fun.
