Drumformer, an inspiring retro drum loops sample pack that captivates the sounds of minimal beat-making during the 1980s. With a curated playlist of 120 loops designed for starter beats or jamming with vintage synthesizers, this collection offers a wide selection of rhythmic styles between 100-145bpm, including synthwave, electro, new wave, breakdance, and old-school jams.

These drum sounds are created using an assortment of retro drum machine samples and are processed with medium analog compression and master reverb. The sounds are sourced from an internal audio dataset with over 5000 one-shots recorded from vinyl records and archived recordings.

The drum patterns in this collection are predominantly composed by a new generative MIDI transformer model (AI) developed by Patchbanks.
